Portrait Agreement:
Your session includes the photographer's time and talent. Depending on the session chosen it may also include some prints or digital images. All ordered images are touched up.
In order to hold your session date, your session fee must be received within 7 days of submitting this agreement. Your session fee is non-refundable, but Amber Madden Photography will gladly reschedule within 30 days. Please give at least a 24 hour notice to reschedule when possible. No-shows forfeit the retainer. In the event of inclement weather, your session will be rescheduled for the next available date.
Please note that the use of cameras (still and video) other than the photographer's is prohibited during your session.
A minimum package requirement of $300 is required. And after the initial $100 session fee, the remainder of the balance is due the day of the shoot.
A word about copyright. All images taken at your session are copyrighted by Amber Madden Photography and are protected by Federal Copyright Law. It is therefore unlawful to reproduce her work in any manner. Please respect my livelihood and the care and attention paid to each of your images by adhering to copyright laws. Moreover, as an artist Amber wishes to have control over the final look of her client's images. Scanned or reproduced images are both illegal and a degradation of the original image quality.
